Making a Damage Claim on a Newly Purchased Ceiling Fan
While Hunter prides itself on superior packaging, sometimes damage can occur during shipping, or while the product is being handled at a retailer. If you find that your fan has been damaged before it’s been installed, simply contact us by email Here or call at 1-888-830-1326 and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement part under warranty (this includes the light bulbs and globe).
Be sure to have your fan model number.
NOTE: Once you install your fan, the bulbs and globes are no longer covered under warranty.
