Motor - Limited Lifetime Warranty
If Casablanca Fan Company determines that your ceiling fan has failed due to a defect in the motor material or workmanship, we will provide you with a replacement fan or motor free of charge.* This limited warranty applies only to the motor itself. Electronic controls such as remote control transmitters, remote control receivers or capacitors are included in the one-year limited warranty.
Other Parts - One-Year Limited Warranty
Unless otherwise indicated by Casablanca Fan Company, if any part of your Casablanca ceiling fan fails within one year of the purchase date due to a defect in material or workmanship, you will be provided with a replacement part free of charge.*
Light Kits - Warranties Vary
Light kits are included in the one-year limited warranty however, you may qualify for additional warranty coverage if your fan includes one of the following:
• LED Light Kits - Five-Year Limited Warranty
If Casablanca Fan Company determines that your LED light kit module (not including glass components) or LED bulb has failed due to a defect in material or workmanship and it is within 5 years of the date of purchase, you'll be provided with a replacement part free of charge.*
Labor and installation costs are excluded from this warranty.
