I asked Alexa, “Turn on my ceiling fan.” Why did Alexa say I have more than one device?
If you have multiple Alexa integrated devices on an account, make sure you’re using the name you gave the fan during set up. Also, avoid using words of possession (i.e., “my”) when giving commands.
