While pairing your HunterSMART™ to the HunterSMART™ app, you’ll receive various confirmation screens telling you that you are successfully connected.
After setup, if you are using your HunterSMART™ fan and notice either
- a “Hunter Account Offline” or “Connection” error while trying to operate your fan or light, or
- your smart fan and light are not responding to voice commands.
