Tools and Equipment

We recommend you enlist the help of a friend to install your Hunter fan safely and efficiently. Before you begin, gather the following tools:

Philips Screwdriver
Pliers
Wire Strippers
Ladder
Voltage Meter
Power Drill with a 9/64” bit.

NOTE: This tool is only needed if mounting to a support structure and an approved electrical outlet box rather than directly to a ceiling fan rated electrical box.
