Hunter Fan Company Return Policy
This policy applies to product purchased directly from Hunterfan.com.
If there is nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan but you would like to return it, no problem. You can initiate your return and print your return label by visiting www.hunterfan.com/returns-and-exchanges.
- Within 45 days of purchase date
- Fan and all its components should be in their original, un-installed condition and returned in original packaging
- We will refund your full purchase price, plus taxes when we receive the returned fan.
- We will not refund the original shipping and handling charges (unless we actually shipped you the wrong product). However, we will send a pre-paid postage return label to you to simplify the return of the fan.
In the unlikely and rare case that your fan is damaged or defective, please do NOT return the fan. Instead call 1-888-830-1326 and our Support team will resolve the problem with replacement parts or a replacement fan. We do not issue a refund to your credit card.
